Young adulthood can be a confusing and challenging time. Many people struggle with relationships, career, and the all-important question of “what comes next?” In this workshop, participants will draw on techniques from Drama and Expressive Arts therapy to explore the unique challenges of seeking an adult identity. No theatrical experience is necessary.
This group will be held:
Mondays, January 17th-March 7th, 6:30-9pm

The Facilitator: Abigail Stone, Marriage and Family Therapy Intern, holds a Master's Degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies in Counseling Psychology with a drama therapy emphasis. She specializes in using the creative arts, particularly drama, with individuals and groups to help clients gain a better self-understanding and integrate difficult experiences. She is supervised by Merry Ross, MFT #37401.
