A FREE Workshop

Join us for a free introduction to psychotherapeutic work with stress and anxiety that utilizes the evocative and healing power of the arts. In this experiential workshop, you will learn how imagery and mindfulness can help the nervous system shift out of the reactivity cycle into calmer states, and discover how making art in community can help you see your life challenges in new ways. In this workshop, you will explore a variety of expressive arts techniques for stress reduction and relaxation, including guided imagery, poetry, movement and collage. No art experience necessary.
