Living with Chronic Illness
An Expressive Arts Therapy Group

• Are you living with chronic illness?
• Are you frustrated with the limitations that illness has imposed on you and your life?
• Are you looking for new ways to get your needs met and feel more empowered?
• Would you like to improve your self-esteem and self-confidence?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then this supportive group is for you. We will explore a variety of issues relating to living with chronic illness, including common side-effects, relationships with self and others, and personal experiences. Group members will also consider a variety of options for reducing frustration and limitations caused by living with illness, and for living a more fulfilling life. In addition to dialogue, we may include a variety of creative activities. No creative ability required.
