Making Connections
Social Skills Groups for 1st-3rd Grade
Children

Our group is for children who:

  • have difficulties in social situations in and outside of school.
  • feel lonely and isolated
  • lose self confidence when in groups of peers
  • find it hard to connect.

If you think your child maybe one of those children and you are wondering how to support him or her the best, do not hesitate to contact us. Why wait? The earlier the support comes, is the better.

We can help your child become more spontaneous, more out going – or self regulated - and more aware of his or her inner potentials by using the power of music making, drama and arts. Through making verbal and nonverbal connections, our group is to help children better understand and navigate their social world, which is a very important skill in order to be successful. And, last but not least, these groups are fun.
