Would you like to be more at peace with your body and experience greater ease in your relationship to food and eating?
Come make sense of the confusion, create a pathway out of compulsive behavior and self-criticism, and learn concrete, practical skills for developing a different relationship with your body and food.

$400 ($50 per 1.5 hr session)
This group is designed for adult women who struggle with body image issues and for those who struggle with weight, eating, and food issues. A wise woman once said "you will never conquer this through will power; you must know your will and act through that." Freedom is possible.
In this group we will make use of mindfulness skills training, art therapy, movement therapy, and cognitive-behavioral strategies for change.

Katrina Curry, MA, DVATI, is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and a Certified Art Therapist. She has been a counselor for the past ten years; having emigrated from Canada, she is in the process of re-licensing in California. Katrina specializes in supporting women and young women, and families, and has extensive experience and training helping people navigate body and food issues, anxiety and depression, addictions, abuse trauma recovery, as well as grief and loss.
