This psychodrama group, now in its fourth cycle, provides spiritual leaders and teachers with an opportunity to experience transformation and growth through the sharing of hopes and struggles in a supportive environment.  The group includes individuals diverse in sexual orientation, gender, race, ethnicity and religious and spiritual background.

Issues of exploration include: intimacy and relationships, grief and loss, sexuality, ageing, family-of-origin issues, self-care, leadership, and spiritual identity.  Other issues are explored according to the needs of participants.

Psychodrama provides an embodied way to discover inner strengths and connect with others. By cultivating spontaneity, playfulness and creativity, psychodrama helps stimulate innovative responses to internal conflicts and real life dilemmas.

Through the use of improvisation, enactment, role-play and other action methods, group participants gain an opportunity to express emotions, develop insight and experiment with preferred ways of being. No acting/theatre experience is necessary.
