The journey towards healing may sometimes feel frightening and lonely. In our work together I offer you a safe and supportive presence to accompany you on your path to healing. My approach to therapy helps you create an emotional map and develop an internal guide to lead you through difficult terrain. I use action methods and talk therapy to amplify your inner voice, which helps you better listen to yourself. I see our emotional wounding as an opportunity and the source of inspiration for change. My therapeutic style is warm, encouraging, gentle and empathetic. I assist my clients in crafting a vision of the life they want to live. As a psychotherapist and drama therapist I believe in the capacity of the arts to spark your intuition, creativity and spontaneity.

I offer services in English, Hebrew and Spanish, and work with children, adults, couples and families. I work with trauma, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, work related problems and school issues.
