Solo for the Season
An Expressive Arts Therapy Group

  • Do you have plans for the holidays this year?
  • Are you dreading spending another holiday season on your own?
  • Would you rather go find a deserted island until after New Years?

In this eight-week series we will explore what it means to be on your own during the holiday season, and how to better relate to it in a fun and creative way, expressing yourselves through the arts, including visual, movement and drama. No art experience necessary.
