Our dreams speak to us in riddles and metaphors. By learning their mysterious, mystical, and magical language we open a door that leads us to profound wisdom and growth.
In this therapy group, through the unique use of art, music, movement, poetry, and drama we will share and explore the stories of our dreams. Within a creative and supportive environment we will work together to inspire a deeper connection to the wisdom of our dreams with which we will work to expand our awareness and transform our lives.
