In this therapy group we'll use dialogue, drama therapy, expressive arts and therapeutic process to explore personal and cultural issues. These issues can be about relationships, career, cultural identity, depression, anxiety, or grief. This will be a supportive group to explore and work through feelings and issues that you want to understand and heal. Participants are welcomed to communicate in Spanish, English or Spanglish. However, fluency in Spanish is required. No previous experience with the arts is necessary.
